1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chinamax ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Chinamax is a habit tracking application inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. The App helps you:

Track daily wellness habits
Earn aura points and level up
View statistics and progress
Unlock badges and achievements
Optionally participate in a community leaderboard
Access educational content about TCM and wellness

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Provide accurate information if participating in the leaderboard
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Not impersonate others or create fake accounts for leaderboard manipulation

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Chinamax is NOT medical advice.

The App provides general wellness information and habit tracking tools. It is not intended to:

Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Replace professional medical advice
Serve as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare providers

Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new wellness routine, especially if you have existing health conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, and images
Software code and functionality
Articles and educational content
Design and user interface

...is owned by Chinamax or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

If you participate in the leaderboard:

You retain ownership of your display name and avatar
You grant us a license to display this information on the leaderboard
You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate others' rights
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We don't guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be bug-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chinamax and its developers shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
Any health-related issues arising from following habits tracked in the App

9. Data and Privacy

You can delete all your data at any time

No hidden costs

We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but will notify users in advance.

We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information
