• Any other personally identifiable information

3. Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device:

• Habit check-ins: Stored only on your device
• Aura points and levels: Stored only on your device
• Badges and achievements: Stored only on your device
• Statistics and history: Stored only on your device
• Preferences and settings: Stored only on your device

We have no access to this data. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.

4. Optional Leaderboard Feature

If you choose to participate in the leaderboard (completely optional), we collect:

• A randomly generated user ID (UUID)
• Your display name (chosen by you)
• Your avatar (if you set one)
• Your aura points and level

This data is stored on our servers solely for leaderboard functionality. You can opt out at any time by clearing your data in settings.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications:

• Notifications are generated locally on your device
• We don't send push notifications from our servers
• No data is transmitted when notifications are sent

6. Third-Party Services

We don't use:

• Analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Third-party tracking

7. Data Security

Since your data stays on your device:

• You control access through your device's security features
• We recommend using device passcode/biometric authentication
• Regular device backups are your responsibility

8. Children's Privacy

Chinamax is suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect personal information, we comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

You have the right to:

• Access your data (it's all on your device)
• Delete your data (use "Clear All Data" in settings)
• Opt out of the leaderboard at any time
